What are your release plans??

According to the fisheries biologist from the Lahonton National Fish Hatchery, you should start to observe your fish swimming up between May 29th-May 31st.  Once they swim up, they can be released to the wild, or you can begin feeding them and let them grow in your tank a while longer.  (Keep in mind that once you start feeding them, they also start producing waste…..the water chemistry can be tricky at this point.)

So, what are your plans for release?  We are excited to hear how your class will be celebrating the Lahonton Cutthroat Trout send off!!!
